HELP University offers a wide range of academic programs, including undergraduate degrees in Business, Law, IT, Psychology, and Communication, as well as postgraduate programs through its ELM Graduate School in fields like Economic Crime Management, Project Management, and Corporate Governance. It also collaborates with the University of London to offer internationally recognized degrees in Accounting & Finance, Economics, and Banking & Finance. To support students’ academic success, HELP has an Intensive English Programme (IEP), which consists of six levels, from Beginner to Advanced, focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The IEP also prepares students for the IELTS exam, ensuring they meet the required English proficiency for academic and professional success.

HELP University has a straightforward admission process for both Malaysian and international students. Undergraduate applicants typically need a minimum CGPA of 2.0/4.0, while postgraduate applicants require a Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 2.5/4.0, though those with lower GPAs may be considered if they have relevant work experience. International students must submit academic qualifications, passport copies, and proof of English proficiency—with IELTS scores of 5.5 for foundation programs and 6.0 for bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Those without the required proficiency can take the HELP English Placement Test upon arrival. 

HELP University offers a vibrant and inclusive campus life, enriched by a diverse student body representing over 25% international students from various countries. The university provides a wide array of extracurricular activities, with more than 100 clubs and societies catering to a range of interests, from sports and arts to academic and cultural pursuits. Students can participate in over 50 free masterclasses and workshops, covering topics such as fitness, digital content creation, and various performing arts. The International Students’ Services Department (ISSD) is dedicated to assisting international students with admissions, visa applications, housing, and organizing activities like city tours and cultural gatherings to foster integration and community engagement. Additionally, HELP University maintains a peer support system and offers free counseling services through the Centre for Psychological and Counseling Services (CPCS), ensuring students’ well-being and successful adjustment to university life.
