UTP offers foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, and business, including specializations in Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum Engineering, and ICT. Master’s and PhD programs cover applied computing, offshore engineering, and energy management. The university follows an English-medium instruction policy to prepare students for global career opportunities.

UTP’s admission requirements vary by program. Foundation applicants need SPM with credits in key subjects. Undergraduate candidates require a relevant foundation or A-Level qualification with a minimum CGPA of 3.00. Master’s applicants need a Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2.50 CGPA, while PhD candidates must hold a Master’s degree. International students must meet equivalent academic and English proficiency standards.
