The University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM), established in 2000, is the first overseas branch campus of the University of Nottingham, UK. Located in Semenyih, Selangor, approximately 30 kilometers south of Kuala Lumpur, the 48-hectare campus offers modern facilities and a vibrant student life. UNM is known for its impactful research activities, with a significant portion of the campus dedicated to various research initiatives.

ACADEMIC PROGRAMS AND LANGUAGE POLICY
The University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) offers a diverse range of academic programmes, including foundation courses, undergraduate degrees, and postgraduate studies across disciplines such as arts, social sciences, engineering, and science. All programmes are delivered in English, and to support students, UNM provides foreign language modules in French, Spanish, German, Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin, along with English language and academic study skills programmes to enhance communication and critical thinking abilities.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) requires applicants to be at least 18 years old at the time of admission. All applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency, as all programmes are taught in English.
GLOBAL COMMUNITY AND STUDENT LIFE
The Student Association serves as the hub of social activities, supporting various clubs and societies that cater to a wide range of interests. The campus accommodates over 1,000 students in its residence halls, fostering a lively environment both day and night. UNM is home to international students from approximately 70 countries, supported by an international academic staff representing around 30 nations.
